Stephen was very professional and answered all my questions & concerns regarding my properties. He was efficient, thorough, and very patient! Stephen never hesitated to explain what he was doing or what he was looking for during his inspection when I asked questions or needed a little more explanation of certain terms. Excellent work, professional and on his game! Stephen could not have been more professional and thorough. He detailed ever inch of the home we purchased and provided information on what needed to be addressed. He did this for us on two homes. One we did not purchase, and the one we finally did.
